This two day session is structured for a district/campus teams. The focus for this series is to assist the district/campus teams in creating an efficient, effective and equitable framework for Response to Intervention. This includes the use of accelerated instruction and high-impact tutoring practices to enhance student success. Important elements include:

• Drive implementation using the four guiding principles.
• Create a school leadership team to steer the shift to a culture of collective responsibility.
• Utilize collaborative teacher teams to define essential learnings.
• Create a toolbox of effective interventions.
• Build a schoolwide intervention team to address complex issues such as motivation, attendance, and behavior.
