Designed for school nutrition professionals, these courses provide practical guidance, valuable resources, and professional development to help you successfully operate your Child Nutrition Program.

    Day 1

    • Ready, Set, Review! The AR in the Kitchen (1 hour) – Learn how kitchen staff can prepare for an Administrative Review by understanding key compliance areas, documentation requirements, and daily operational practices.
    • Food Allergies (3 hours) – Gain a better understanding of food allergies, preventing cross-contact, accommodating students with special dietary needs, and creating a safe dining environment.
    • Cashier Training (2 hours) – Review point-of-service procedures, meal counting and claiming requirements, identifying reimbursable meals, customer service, and best practices for maintaining program integrity.
