Co-Teach and Inclusion Best Practices
Share
This session is ideal for general education/special education pairs providing co-teach or inclusion who need time and support for co-planning, but if your partner cannot attend, please come and bring it back to your partner! Time will be allotted to dividing roles, tackling tough conversations, delineating combined classroom expectations, and understanding the unique needs of each professional. Participants will learn how to incorporate data-based instruction, specially designed instruction, differentiated instruction, flexible grouping, and multi-tiered systems of support into their classrooms. Much of the session dedicates planning time to these pairs to review curriculum and develop systems and lessons consistent with evidence-based practices for the inclusion setting.
