As professional educators, we may be asked to supervise other adults in our classrooms, but often are not given training on models for success.  The blending of personalities can be challenging without tools for effective communication and role division.  Join this session to learn how to better partner with support staff.  Leave with communication tools for your campus or classroom that feed a positive climate and student success.  Administrators are encouraged to attend that support teachers as paraprofessional supervisors.  Training opportunities for paraprofessionals will be discussed as well.
