Project Wild & K-8 Science

Join us as we get "wild" in Science!!!  Project WILD was developed by Texas Parks and Wildlife to help bring learning to life in and out of the science classroom.  Come and learn activities for engaging students in the education of the living world around them. This interdisciplinary approach to fostering critical thinking skills helps to improve student achievement, as well as, equip students to make more social conscious decisions. Correlated to the TEKS, topics will include wildlife, diversity, habitats, responsible action and more!  Participants will also receive electronic copies of over one hundred inquiry and topic-based activities.
