SB2124 (TEC 28.029) created a required advanced math pathway for a specific group of middle school students.  Fall 2024 will be the first required implementation for incoming 6th grade students.  

If your district will be using the TEKS RS Advanced Math YAG for 6th grade, come join me for a day of acquainting yourself with the thoughts behind the YAG, the flow of the material throughout the year, pacing, and potential ideas for resources. This day will be a day of both information and collaboration. Bring your computer, your resources, and a growth mindset for a great day of preparing for the coming year.
