Virtual PD - CE Responsibilities in Managing an FSMC Contract






Participants will learn about the formal procurement requirements when procuring procuring for a FSMC vendor in Texas. 

Participants will learn the roles and responsibilities of the SFA and the FSMC.

Participants will learn the components of effective contract management, as outlines in ARM Section 16a.

Participants will perform an activity to learn the requirements of conducting a robust FSMC Contract Review.
