This course will review the CACFP-Program Meal Patterns. As well as provide an overview of Offer vs. Serve and Meal Services and how these apply in the CACFP program.

Participants will learn how to describe the USDA Meal Pattern Requirements for CACFP Infants, Children and Adults, as well as all Available Meal Services. 

Participants will lean and understand Offer Vs. Serve and meal service methods.
