Meal Counting and Claiming






Each Contracting Entity (CE) must develop a system of counting and claiming that meets the requirements of the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and addresses the needs of the individual CE.

This class will discuss the requirements of meal counting and claiming, as well as required documentation.
