Meeting 4






Welcome to Transition! If you are new to transition, this series is for you. Please mark your calendar for the four dates: September 6, October 28, January 20, and March 30. These meetings will be 1 hour in length (9am-10am) and address best practices for transition supplement development, assessment tools, managing multiple roles (as many do in smaller districts), and transition program development. Time will always be allotted to address questions coming from the field.
