Leveraging Your Letter Wall
Utilizing your prekindergarten letter wall to its fullest potential
Share
Prekindergarten teachers use letter walls to expose children to alphabet knowledge, increase phonological awareness and introduce vocabulary. The letter wall is meant to be an instructional tool that is used by the teacher and students.
Important Session Information:
In this session participants will learn what words to put on their letter walls as well as when and how to add them, but the key is not to stop there. The focus of this session will be how to utilize a well prepared letter wall to support the prekindergarten guidelines for reading, writing, math and more.
