Science with a SPLASH of Art!






The elementary science classroom provides the perfect opportunity to integrate various types of art projects into science instruction. This session will include a variety of hands-on art activities that can easily be incorporated. Participants will also be introduced to several nonfiction texts that support both the K-5 science and art TEKS. Get ready to get a little messy and have some fun!

This session will be facilitated by Jessica Womack who teaches STEAM and science to elementary students at Honey Grove ISD.
