Demystifying the NEW 6-12 Science TEKS with SAVVAS
1/2 Day Session






Learn how the newly adopted Science TEKS incorporate the three dimensions of Science and Engineering Practices (SEPs), Recurring Themes and Concepts (RTCs), and Reporting Categories. Apply each new dimension and see how to build performance expectations that could be easily implemented into your science classrooms. Sessions will be broken up into more specific grade bands (6-8 and High School).This will be a half-day session, starting off at 1:00 PM with a deep dive of the NEW TEKS with SAVVAS in the Science Lab.
