Spotlight on Science: Grades 3-5 Space- Sun, Earth, & Moon






Join us for this SOS session that will spotlight teaching "Space" including the Sun, Earth, & Moon in grades 3-5 science!  This session will focus on Earth's rotation and revolution, Day/Night Cycle, shadows, and other cycles taught in elementary science that help to prepare students for STAAR Reporting Category 3:  Earth and Space in fifth grade.   Participants will focus on background information, notebooking ideas, scientific labs, and engaging activities to help our students to understand these difficult concepts that occur on an amazingly large scale in our solar system and on Earth.  Join us for this hands-on session!
