This session is for anyone interested in learning more about the new Texas Strategic Staffing for Sustainable, Paid Teacher Residency Programs Grant which will provide districts with technical assistance and funding for a project manager to carry out the work.
The goal of paid teacher residencies is to create confident and prepared classroom teachers that stay in the profession. Districts create a partnership with educational service providers and the ESC to support this work.
