Social Studies: Resources and Strategies for Teaching Personal Financial Literacy I, II, and III






Facilitated by the Bridwell Institution for Economic Freedom in the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, participants will enjoy three financial literacy sessions throughout the day.  Lunch will be provided.

The Day's Sessions Include:

Session 1: The Economics of Commercial Banking

Session 2: Economic Issues: Unemployment, Inflation, and Interest Rates

Session 3: Macroeconomics: Rudimentary Elements and Functions of the Federal Reserve System.
