Participants will be given the opportunity to work with other schools while gaining an understanding of the practices consistent with working as a professional learning community. Participants will:

• Understand the benefits of PLCs and how to implement them in schools of all sizes
• Create clarity of purpose, common vision, and collective commitments
• Answer and utilize the four critical questions every PLC must address
• Explore how singleton teachers can be meaningfully involved in the work of a PLC
