Maybe you've spent years acquiring the resources you use to teach math and they are no longer producing student engagement or growth, or maybe your district provides you with resources that you perceive as "in need of help", either way, this session is for you. During this workshop, designed for MS and HS Math Teachers, we will look at using research based instructional strategies to bring life to existing resources through presentation and questioning strategies, as well as "tech-ifying" some of the resources in preparation for the new testing formats.
Though "tired" examples will be available, you are encouraged to bring one or two of your own that need life brought back to them (aka student engagement). We will be using technology, so bring a laptop/tablet.
