Do you feel like your instructional coach isn't being utilized to the fullest? Join us for a day of learning what the role of an instructional coach actually is and how you can leverage this position to develop even your best teachers. We will cover topics that include: building trust, expectations for the position, and developing the coach's ability, just to name a few. Walk away with tools that you can immediately utilize to advance your campus instruction. This session is only for campus principals who have instructional coaches enrolled in the Instructional Coaching Collaborative 1.0 or 2.0. You will join your teachers who are in the ICC 1.0 for the AM session, and then we will separate into different groups in the PM for more specific content.
