This class will explore the importance of good customer service and provide participants with resources and examples on how to improve customer service skills and how to increase employee responsiveness to the customers' needs and expectations.
The students are not a captive audience, lets learn how to compete with other sources for their business and get them to WANT to come in and eat with us.
