Back to Basics - Building your School’s Excellence Playbook for 2021-2022

A school’s success next year is completely dependent on the playbook that the school’s leaders build in the spring prior to the new school year.  With the impact of COVID and so many initiatives that have resulted from its impact, now is the time to go back to basics of what it takes to build Excellence in Every Classroom.  In this training, participants will learn how to create the conditions for every teacher to reach the highest levels of excellence.  Through this interactive training, participants will create their own excellence playbook around 4 plays that guarantee excellence in student growth.
