Effective Strategies and Resources for the Elementary (K-5) Social Studies Classroom






Participants in this workshop will explore strategies and resources for the K-5 social studies classroom.  Focusing on technology and either face-to-face or virtual instruction, emphasis will be placed on activities that are practical for students, centered on the TEKS, that focus on differentiation and meeting various learning styles, and engage students at a high Bloom's.
