Virtual PD Creative Strategies for Using Maps, Graphic Organizers, Charts, Data in the Social Studies Classroom






This workshop will focus on the processing TEK (Create a visual representation of historical information such as thematic maps, graphs, and charts representing various aspects of the United States).  This is one of the processing TEKS from which many of our STAAR and EOC questions derive.  The hands-on activities and strategies developed in the workshop will facilitate both face-to-face and virtual instruction.  The workshop will also address all grade levels (K-12) and all subject areas with social studies.
