Day 3- G/T Online: Differentiating Curriculum for G/T Students






In this online course, you will learn about traditional methods of reaching gifted students as well as newly-developed methods. You will learn what differentiation truly means and what it should look like for gifted students. You will also learn what is required by Texas law for the design of curricula for gifted students and what best instructional practices should be followed. You will contribute ideas to a discussion board, share your own experiences, conduct reflective research, and take quizzes throughout. This course is facilitated through Region 8 ESC's online CANVAS system. Once you have registered in the Region 8 workshop system, a link to the course will be sent.

Registration for this course begins on 9/18/2020. The class will not open for you to begin work until October 1. All coursework/modules MUST be completed by November 13, 2020. Registration for the course will cut off on Friday, November 6, 2020.
