CACFP Meal Patterns and Creditable Foods

Participants will review and identify components of the Meal Patterns for Children and Adults, how to credit foods, and how to implement meal modifications for special dietary needs in order to serve reimbursable meals.  In addition, participants will review best practices while menu planning and build a reimbursable meal.
