You Could Write A Grant For That!

Do you have an idea for a STEM project or another initiative, but you need funding to get started? This session will introduce you to the grant writing process.

Learn how to locate funding opportunities, research and data and get the basics on how to write a proposal to fund the ideas you want to implement. This session includes a list of funding warehouse sites and information about ways to make your grant proposal stand out from the rest.

Bring electronic devices and we will visit the grant sites onsite, identify funding opportunities and practice writing specific elements of a grant proposal.

Important Session Information:

This workshop will yield the highest results if attended by a district team of individuals.  This team may include, but does not require, a campus or district administrator. Please bring your grant idea(s), as we will have a practice writing session for your specific grant.

Though the speaker is provided through Texas Instruments, technology does not have to be the focus of your grant idea(s).
