This series of workshop sessions for Food Service Managers will focus on guidance to assist in becoming an effective leader. Participants will learn how to prepare successful work day for themselves and the CN staff using their time productively.
Also featured in this series: Level of readiness to lead, organization of filing systems, sharpening communication skills, delegating duties, program marketing skills,maintaining efficient kitchen, preparing for an onsite state review, basic nutrients and program requirements, appeal and acceptability, and a graduation ceremony on completion.
