In this workshop, participants will explore Physics labs and demonstrations that are hands-on. For some of the experiments, participants will be using the cell phone as a measuring device and equipment that you can buy at Walmart or the hardware store. Also, participants will be surveying some inexpensive items from scientific supply companies that can be used to reinforce physics content. Topics will include motion, force, electricity, magnetism, light, etc.

We will align these labs and demonstrations with the Texas High School Physics TEKS.
