  • Food Allergies (3 hours) – Gain a better understanding of food allergies, preventing cross-contact, accommodating students with special dietary needs, and creating a safe dining environment.
  • Cashier Training (2 hours) – Review point-of-service procedures, meal counting and claiming requirements, identifying reimbursable meals, customer service, and best practices for maintaining program integrity.

  • Meal Patterns for School Nutrition Programs (6 hours) – Take an in-depth look at the USDA meal pattern requirements for the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program.
