This session focuses on using observation data to plan purposeful PLCs and targeted professional learning. Participants will analyze instructional trends, identify high-leverage areas for support, and design focused PLC agendas and mini PD aligned to teacher needs. Coaches will leave with practical strategies to use data to drive collaborative learning and strengthen instruction across classrooms.
