Participants who have been selected by their school's leadership as mentor teachers will receive training on the best practices of mentorship along with practical resources and guidance to promote teacher success.

Through a series of four trainings, mentor teachers and district representatives will learn the best practices of mentorship for the novice teacher, with a focus of teacher preparation and induction.
