Virtual PD - Bullying and Mental Health

Bullying is more than teasing — it's trauma. It can cause lasting harm to mental health, raising the risk of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and self-harm. Students often carry trust wounds into adulthood and are far more likely to face serious mental health challenges, suicidal thoughts, and substance misuse.  This virtual session will discuss how bullying can impact mental health and how educators can support students.

Important Session Information:

One in five students aged 12–18 has faced bullying. Join our one-hour virtual session to explore how bullying impacts student mental health and learn practical steps educators can use to intervene and prevent bullying.
