Title: Bidirectionality of Executive Function: Preventing Burnout Amidst Everyday Challenges

Presenter: Sucheta Kamath, M.S; CCC-SLP

Description: Clinical success depends on navigating conflicts and challenging situations. The bidirectional interplay between clinicians’ and students’ Executive Function interferes with treatment adherence, weakening transfer and generalization. This session will introduce the framework of bidirectional self-regulation and evidence-based EF strategies that foster emotional agility, personal efficacy, and resilience, enhancing personal problem-solving while reducing burnout.
