This session is designed to support school leaders in making informed decisions that positively impact student outcomes. Participants will explore the continuum of services and considerations for determining appropriate supports and placements, discuss strategies for effectively navigating challenging ARD committee meetings, and review essential behavior practices that promote student success. Through practical guidance, real-world examples, and collaborative discussion, attendees will strengthen their knowledge and confidence in addressing some of the most critical decisions in special education.
