Aligning Observation and Feedback Systems to Support Teacher Growth and Student Outcomes






This session will introduce district leaders to observation and feedback systems grounded in HQIM materials, instructional leadership, and talent systems. Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the LIFT tool and instructional insight dashboard, and how these resources can be leveraged to support strong implementation of coaching and curriculum fidelity. With those tools as a foundation, participants will explore the connections between coaching and evaluation and learn about the upcoming T-TESS Refresh. Participants will leave with resources and next steps to prepare for the new T-TESS rubric and other aligned systems.
