Implementation (Year 1)

Participants will examine how focused observation practices surface lesson intent, student thinking, and the effective use of instructional materials. Leaders will explore what to look for during classroom visits and how evidence connects back to planning and internalization. The session emphasizes practical observation structures that support consistent feedback and strengthen instructional coherence across classrooms.
