Implementation (Year 1)
This session supports district and campus leaders in building unit-agnostic internalization routines that strengthen instructional practice across classrooms. Participants will examine how unit and lesson internalization function as repeatable systems—rather than isolated planning events—and identify leader actions that protect time, clarify expectations, and support consistent implementation. Leaders will explore how these routines inform planning conversations, observations, and feedback. The session emphasizes practical structures leaders can use to sustain internalization and support teachers throughout the instructional cycle.
