Create Service Record 

This training provides a comprehensive guide to managing and generating official Service Records within the ASCENDER application.  Attendees will learn how to maintain multi-year personnel data and track accumulated state leave to ensure every employee has a complete, verifiable professional history. 

New Employee Setup

Learn how to manage new hires in ASCENDER.  This session guides Human Resources and Payroll staff through the "New Employee Setup" process. Participants will learn to navigate the dashboard and steps to add new hires into the system, ensuring accurate personnel records and payroll processing. 

Security Administration 

This training explains how and when to use the Audit Inquiry to review and verify changes to the employee records.  This session will include best practices to ensure employee data is confidential.
