A practical, expert-provided series of sessions to equip Educational Diagnosticians, School Psychologists, and SLPS to conducting accurate and defensible evaluations for Emergent Bilingual students.
 
You will learn how to analyze language proficiency, apply bilingual assessment practices, and confidently distinguish between language difference and disability—using clear frameworks, including the C-LIM, that you can apply immediately.
 
 
 

Important Session Information:


This EB Evaluation series will be provided by an expert in the field, Roxana Stanley. 

Designed to support clear and defensible eligibility decisions, this session walks teams through structured guiding questions and data triangulation strategies. Participants will examine how to differentiate between second language acquisition and disability using multiple data sources to reduce over- and under-identification. This session is for monolingual and bilingual evaluators.
