A practical, expert-provided series of sessions to equip Educational Diagnosticians, School Psychologists, and SLPS to conducting accurate and defensible evaluations for Emergent Bilingual students.
 
You will learn how to analyze language proficiency, apply bilingual assessment practices, and confidently distinguish between language difference and disability—using clear frameworks, including the C-LIM, that you can apply immediately.
 
 
 

Important Session Information:


This EB Evaluation series will be provided by an expert in the field, Roxana Stanley. 

This session provides a practical framework for conducting comprehensive SLD evaluations in bilingual students. Participants will explore patterns of strengths and weaknesses, dyslexia considerations in emergent bilinguals, and how to distinguish language acquisition from disability. Real-world examples and documentation guidance are included. This session focuses on English/Spanish speakers.
