REED Between the Lines: What you NEED to REED

The Review of Existing Educational Data (REED) is a critical process in determining the need for initial or continued special education services. This session will provide a comprehensive approach to conducting REEDs effectively, ensuring compliance with IDEA regulations while making data-driven decisions that support student success. Participants will learn about the process of when to conduct REEDs, who must be a part of this multidisciplinary team process, and what data is required to be gathered and analyzed. Practical strategies and best practices will be discussed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the REED process.

This training is designed for Educational Diagnosticians, SLPS, School Psychs, or other evaluation staff.
