This session is designed for Special Education staff that run/manage ARD meetings such as: ARD Facilitators/Managers, Educational Diagnosticians, School Psychologists, Speech Pathologists

Participants of the ARD Leadership Academy strongly encouraged to attend this session. However, anyone that leads ARDs and facilitates the IEP process is welcome to attend. 

This second session of the ARD Leadership Academy establishes the essential structures for effective ARD facilitation.

Participants will develop a clear understanding of: Prior Written Notices (types, when to issue, and how to maintain legal compliance) and ARD Membership Excusal and documentation. 

Through guided activities, attendees will begin building a comprehensive ARD Manager Toolkit Binder filled with practical resources, templates, and tools designed to support efficient, compliant, and student-centered ARD processes.
