Important Session Information:

Join us for this Trainer-of-Trainers for Educator Wellness and Trauma-Informed Care.

Prioritizing wellness isn’t just a personal choice—it’s a professional imperative. Just as one must secure their own oxygen mask before assisting others, educators must care for their own well-being to effectively support students. The wellness of school staff directly influences their relationships with students, families, and colleagues, ultimately impacting the learning environment.

In this session, participants will explore practical strategies to manage stress, build resilience, and create a culture of care within their school communities. Attendees will also learn how to develop a personalized self-care plan that supports long-term wellness and aligns with trauma-informed practices.
