TIA BOOTCAMP
TIA Bootcamp: Building Strong Systems for Sustainable Success: Day 1

Whether you're just beginning your TIA journey or are in your second or third year of implementation, this session is designed to strengthen your understanding, refine your systems, and connect you with other TIA leads across the region. During this collaborative bootcamp, participants will explore the essential components of a high-quality TIA system—observation calibration, student growth measures, designation accuracy, and stakeholder communication.

We will walk you through best practices, TEA updates, and practical tools for managing data submissions, engaging teachers, and preparing for validation. Participants will leave with a customizable toolkit, a 30/60/90-day implementation plan, and strategies to ensure their TIA system is both compliant and impactful.

While TIA leads in years 1–3 are especially encouraged to attend, experienced leads are also welcome—there’s always room to grow, refine systems, and share valuable lessons learned.
