Join us via Zoom as we kick off the path to a successful Teacher Incentive Allotment system! Bring your leadership team and learn the who, what, and how of building a system that works—from application through validation and beyond. We’ll guide you step-by-step and provide the tools you need to lead your stakeholders with clarity and confidence.


Important Session Information:


This introductory session is designed for districts not participating in Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA), districts preparing to begin the work of creating a local designation system, and new administrators in districts already participating in TIA. Participants will gain a clear overview of TIA requirements, benefits, timelines, and system components, and leave with a strong understanding of next steps and available supports.
