The Teaching Chef: Culinary Techniques from Knife Work to Flavor






Over two skill-building days, participants will strengthen essential techniques—from knife safety and precision cuts to fabrication, stock work, saucing, and building complete dishes. Learn practical methods for managing a teaching kitchen, refine core culinary foundations, and walk away with classroom-ready skills you can immediately use to elevate student learning and confidence.

This session is open only to Culinary Arts teachers.
