This session supports instructional leaders in making intentional, curriculum-aligned decisions as campuses move into the final phase of STAAR preparation. Participants will analyze data to identify high-leverage instructional priorities and determine where to focus time, support, and resources. The session emphasizes preparing students for STAAR without compromising curriculum fidelity or instructional quality. Through cross-district collaboration, leaders will examine planning strategies, instructional adjustments, and supports that have been effective in strengthening readiness while keeping instruction grounded in grade-level expectations.
