This professional development session empowers instructional leaders and coaches to deepen their use of formative and summative data to drive instructional decisions within PLCs. Participants will learn to apply the Student Work Analysis Protocol and the Region 8 Data Analysis Protocol to examine beginning and middle-of-year data, identify instructional trends, and develop responsive coaching strategies. Through collaborative cross-district data dives and optional extended work time, attendees will practice analyzing real data, problem-solve common challenges, and create tailored PLC agendas that promote actionable, data-informed coaching.
