This half-day session equips instructional leaders with strategies to coach teachers on maximizing engagement and fostering meaningful student discourse—while maintaining fidelity to the Bluebonnet Learning curriculum. Participants will explore and practice using the Lesson Rehearsal Protocol, collaborate to address common instructional challenges, and develop PLC agendas that support focused, high-impact planning. Through hands-on rehearsal, feedback, and cross-district collaboration, leaders will walk away with actionable tools to elevate instructional practices on their campuses.
