In this half-day session, instructional leaders will sharpen their coaching practices to support strong, curriculum-aligned PLCs using the Bluebonnet Learning framework. Participants will analyze observation trends, explore high-leverage feedback strategies, and address common technical and adaptive challenges that arise in coaching. Through cross-district collaboration and real-world scenarios, leaders will leave with actionable tools to deepen PLC facilitation and drive instructional improvement.
